John recently joined Bay Area Business Brokers after decades of experience as a manufacturing engineer, business broker, entrepreneur and business owner. As a broker, John has helped buyers and sellers in a variety of industries including manufacturing, technology, contracting, automotive, food & beverage and service businesses.
John provides business owners with guidance through the entire sale process including valuation, packaging, SBA financing, marketing, offer negotiation, due diligence and the escrow process. He is known for his attention to detail and dedication to helping his clients achieve their goals.
He works with buyers to determine their acquisition criteria and identify suitable target companies based on their experience and available financing.
John owned and operated a successful education technology sales and marketing business and developed a patented reading improvement program. He loves working with small business owners and entrepreneurs which is why he naturally gravitated to rejoining Bob Brooks at Bay Area Business Brokers.
